All About Mr. Peet

 

I am in my first year as Assistant Principal at Hawthorne.  Originally from a suburb of Detroit, I moved to Chicago 11 years ago to teach with CPS.  I taught 5th-8th grade at Funston Elementary and then Agassiz Elementary before leaving to become the resident principal at Tilden High School.  

 

When not at Hawthorne, I enjoy watching baseball and football.  My favorite teams are the Detroit Lions and the Chicago Cubs.  I love to run and have completed 18 marathons, including the last 9 Chicago Marathons.
