| PLEASE LABEL ALL ITEMS!!
Do not purchase an assignment notebook or planner. We will purchase one for each child so that all children will have the same style. Having the same style will help us organize the children.
It is important for children to have all supplies at all times. You may wish to purchase extra supplies now. These extra purchases will assist you when your child needs to replenish items throughout the year.
Chicago Public Library Card (it will be returned) $50 Supply Fee (includes the summer reading book '09)
Set-Up Instructions for Accordian Folder:
Dear
Parents,
The first day of third
grade hasn’t even arrived yet and we are already requesting your
assistance. Your child will need
an accordion folder for third grade.
We are asking that you and your child prepare his/her accordion for the
first day of school. Please
clearly identify the sections with labels and/or stickers to help organize your
child. These are the categories
which need to be made:
1. HOMEWORK
/ LETTERS for HOME
2.
READING
3.
MATH
4.
SCIENCE
5.
SOCIAL
STUDIES
6.
MUSIC
7.
ART
8.
LIBRARY
9.
TECHNOLOGY
Please place in this
order to aid in organization for the class.
We
will organize our desks the first day of school. It is vital that your child have all supplies on the first
day of school so we can get off to a good start.
Thanks
for all your help!!!
