Dear Fifth
Grader and Parents,
We are very
excited to kick off the new school year in September … after a little rest and
relaxation of course! But there are just a few things that we are asking of
you, so that you can come back in the fall ready to learn!
· Please
make sure to read No Talking over summer break and follow the
directions on the back of your bookmark. We will launch our reading program discussing
the novel, so be prepared to join in!
· Please
master your multiplication and division facts over summer break, if you haven’t
already done so. Practicing with flashcards and using interactive websites are
great, fun ways to ensure that you become an expert. Mastery of these facts is
crucial to success in our math program!
· Please
see and purchase the items on the supply list, listed below.
We hope you
